Slow down and enjoy the gifts of the day!!!

This is one of many sunrises that I I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing on Lake Toho. I would like to talk a little bit about how important it is to slow down and take notice of the gifts that we have been given each day. We as humans have a tendency to rush through the day trying to accomplish as many tasks as we possibly can in one day. This is what our society has conditioned us in doing. We rush from day-to-day from week-to-week month-to-month trying to accomplish as much as we possibly can and in doing so we miss out on so many of the special gifts that Mother Earth and this world provides for us. Then before we know it life has passed us by and we never took the time to slow down and enjoy the special one-time gifts that will never come around again. Mother Earth and nature and all of God’s creations are soothing gifts to our souls and hearts if we just take the time to slow down and enjoy them as they come and go. This sunrise on Lake Toho is no different then your fingerprint. There has never been one like it before you are the only one that has it and there will never be one like it again in the future. There has been many beautiful sunrises in the past there will be many more in the future but this Sunrise is now in history and there will never be another one like this sunrise. The amazing gifts that we have been given each day will be gone forever if we don’t take the time to slow down and take notice of them. We live in such a beautiful world on this planet named Earth and we are surrounded everyday with God’s amazing splendor. These are gifts for our soul and we should take the time to notice them enjoy them and remember them for this life that we are in will also someday be in the past and it is so important that we take the time to cherish every moment we have every breath we take every Gift of Life that we have been given.

Lots of love,

Jamie
